OUR COMMITMENT
Areas of Emphasis
The Treasure Coast Bar Association, Inc. is dedicated to fostering
professional development, unity, and providing a supportive
environment for Black attorneys in the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit of
Florida. The mission encompasses promoting excellence in the
legal profession, advocating for civil rights, and supporting diversity
and inclusion in law school enrollment. The association aims to
enhance the representation of Black lawyers and communities
through community outreach, advocacy, and service, focusing on
St. Lucie, Martin, Indian River, and Okeechobee counties

Our Commitment to the Community
The Treasure Coast Bar Association was officially founded on April 10,
2025, through the vision, dedication, and leadership of its founding
members. These trailblazing attorneys came together to establish the first
Black bar association on the Treasure Coast, honoring the legacy of those
who paved the way while building a foundation for future generations of
lawyers of color.
